Noticing a Shift? 👀
If things are starting to look a little different around here… you're not imagining it.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been quietly reimagining what inWorks LLC looks like and what it stands for. From bold new colors—deep blues, grounded greens, soft greys, and purpose-driven purples—to a clearer identity behind each initiative, the rebrand is more than cosmetic.
It’s about alignment: design that reflects mission, visuals that carry meaning. Each program under the inWorks LLC umbrella is stepping into its own defined space, with more clarity, cohesion, and confidence.
We’ll be rolling out the full story soon—but for now, consider this your official hint that change is not just coming. It’s in motion.
Gallery Highlight: KAMI
On July 5th, The Longview Farm held its opening reception for “KAMI: Interpreting the Beauty of Nature Through 3 Generations”
This is the first time the Longview Gallery has housed three generations of artists in the same exhibit. Not just any generations, but artists of the same family—Kiya Nicole, Miho Kahn, and Eiko Kahn.
Encapsulating over one hundred cumulative years of work, this is the first time their work has been shown together.
The exhibit runs until August 30th. Our next reception is on Aug. 2nd, celebrating the show’s halfway point—there will be outdoor live music by 4-piece band, IDRA!
Join us at Longview Farm for these upcoming events! We're excited to welcome you—just make sure to set your GPS to 143 Cedar Ln. Glenmoore, PA 19343 (avoid Cedar Ridge Ln) for the best route straight to the fun!
Devices
In device-related news, we are pleased to share a recent positive experience with our Xerox XPPS partnership. We received notice of a scanner issue early last Tuesday, and by lunchtime, a Xerox technician was onsite to resolve it.
Although a replacement part was needed, the technician handled the order and returned within a couple of days to finish the repair, requiring minimal effort from us. This experience demonstrates the value of our curated partnerships in quickly resolving issues and minimizing business disruptions.

Information Radiation
During this week’s Information Radiation call, we reviewed recent security breaches, including incidents at The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and our distributor, Ingram Micro.
The Ingram Micro breach, in particular, caused a delay in our subscription billing. This highlights the importance of remaining vigilant for suspicious activity and reporting it immediately. Cybersecurity incidents can have far-reaching consequences beyond financial loss. As noted in This Week in Breach,
“The breach has disrupted operations for resellers, MSPs and enterprise clients, with some Fortune 500 companies shifting procurement to competitors. News reports cite poor communication from Ingram in the aftermath of the attack as a cause for client dissatisfaction. The ripple effects of delayed fulfilment may impact hardware installers, MSPs and cloud resellers. Analysts estimate Ingram could lose up to $136 million in daily revenue as the outage continues, raising serious concerns about supply chain resilience and data security.”
Additionally, we learned that improvements are coming to Microsoft Authenticator for iOS. Currently, backing up authentication accounts requires a personal Microsoft account. Starting in September, this requirement will be removed, making the iOS Microsoft Authenticator experience more seamless and reliable.
